Firm white fish served with baked potato & vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  Ponticello Pinot Grigio  $7.00 (Italy) Lovely, refreshing & clean; smooth & crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish. 
 

BROILED FILET OF SOLE WITH LEMON BUTTER

Served with baked potato & vegetable.

BEEF STROGANOFF 

Boneless beef strips sautéed with onions, garlic, mushrooms and red wine. Finished with a sour cream based sauce.
Served over egg noodles and with vegetable

Vegetarian Entreé: EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA

Served with pasta and vegetable.

VEAL SCALLOPINI

Medallions of veal with sautéed mushrooms, white wine and capers on a Demi-glaze. Served with rice pilaf and vegetable.

blackberry and cassis flavors.Cedar and vanilla notes linger on the finish.
