Chicken Marsala

Medallions of Chicken with sautéed mushrooms and Marsala wine.  Served with pasta and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  RODNEY STRONG SAUVIGNON BLANC  $8.50.  (California) Passion fruit, lemon and peach.


Salmon Wellington

Salmon wrapped with sautéed leeks and puff pastry.

Served with a whipped cream Dijon sauce, baked potato  and vegetable.

Sliced Baked Ham

Served with pineapple, raisin, rum sauce, with mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Veal Scallopini

medallions of veal wioth sautéed mushrooms, onions, capers and marsala wine in a demi-glaze. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable.

(California) opens with black cherry, blackberry and cassis flavors, cedar and vanilla notes linger on the finish.
