BROILED TILAPIA WITH LEMON BUTTER

Served with baked potato & vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  Ponticello Pinot Grigio  $7.00 (Italy) Lovely, refreshing and clean; smooth and crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish.


SHEPHERD'S PIE

Ground Beef & Sautéed onions top off mashed potatoes & vegetables.

         Recommended Wine:  Yellowtail Shiraz  $7.00 (Australia) Blueberry and mulberry flavors with spice.

 

Vegetarian Entreé: EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA

Served with pasta and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  MacMurray Ranch Pinot Noir  $9.75 (California) Cherry-berry aromas and toasty oak.


VEAL SCALLOPINI

Medallions of veal with sautéed mushrooms, white wine and capers on a Demi-glaze. Served with rice pilaf and vegetable.

Recommended Wine: Kendall Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon $9.50(California) Opens with black cherry,
blackberry and cassis flavors.Cedar and vanilla notes linger on the finish.


 
CHEESE RAVIOLI WITH MEATBALLS

 and hints of smoke. It’s big and chewy, with richly textured dark fruit flavors.


SALMON WELLINGTON

With a creamy Dijon mustard sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and vegetable.
