Firm white fish served with baked potato and vegetable.

 Bacon Wrapped Homemade Meatloaf

Ground sirloin beef with onions, celery, and diced bacon with brown pan gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Recommended Wine: Yellowtail Shiraz $7.00 (Australia) Blueberry and mulberry flavors with spice.


Cheese Ravioli and Meatballs
Served with vegetable.

         Recommended Wine:  Gabbiano Chianti Docg  $7.50.  

(Italy) A medium ruby color, aromas of toasted oak, raspberries, anise and hints of smoke. It’s big and chewy, with richly textured dark fruit flavors.

Broiled Tilapia with Lemon Butter
Served with baked potato & vegetable.

Chicken Scallopini

Medallions of  chicken breast with sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms and capers in a demi-glaze. . Served with baked potato and vegetable 

           Recommended Wine:  Rodney Strong Sauvignon Blanc  $8.50. (California) Passion fruit, lemon and peach.

Vegetarian Entrée: Eggplant Parmigiana

Served with pasta and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  MacMurray Ranch Pinot Noir  $9.75. (California) Cherry-berry aromas and toasty oak. 


Kansas City Pork Wild Wings

Braised mini pork shanks with lyonnaise sace (brown onion sauce). Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Recommended Wine: Kendall-Jackson vintner’s reserve cabernet sauvignon $9.50 (California)
Opens with black cherry, blackberry and cassis flavors. Cedar and vanilla notes linger on the finish.


Broiled Salmon

With sautéed tomatoes, red onions, capers and white wine. Served with rice pilaf and vegetable.
