Medallions of chicken with sautéed mushrooms and marsala wine. Served with pasta and vegetable.

Tenderloin beef strips sauteed with onions, garlic, mushrooms and red wine. Finished with a sour cream based sauce and served over egg noodles and with and vegetable.
