Served with cornbread stuffing and mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Chicken Scaloppini
 Medallions of chicken with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, white wine and capers in a Demi-glaze.
Served with baked potato and vegetable.

Greek Moussaka
A baked dish of layers of sliced eggplant, ground beef, tomato, onion
and cinnamon, topped off with Bechamel sauce. Served with vegetable..

Vegetarian Entrée: Eggplant Parmigiana

Cheese Ravioli and Meatballs
Served with vegetable.

Recommended Wine: GABBIANO CHIANTI DOCG $7.50 (Italy) A medium ruby color, aromas of toasted oak, raspberries,
anise and hints of smoke.  It’s big and chewy, with richly textured dark fruit flavors.
