Broiled Fillet of Sole with Lemon Butter

 Firm white fish served with baked potato and vegetable.

(Italy) Lovely, refreshing and clean; smooth and crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish. 

Roasted Turkey with Savory Cranberry Sauce
Served with cornbread stuffing and mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Recommended Wine: RODNEY STRONG SAUVIGNON BLANC $8.50 (California) Passion fruit, lemon, and peach. 

Fillet of Sole with Crabmeat Stuffing
 Firm white fish served with baked potato and vegetable.

Recommended Wine: Ponticello Pinot Grigio $7.00
(Italy) Lovely, refreshing and clean; smooth and crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish.

 

Beef Stroganoff
Tenderloin beef strips sautéed with onions, garlic, mushrooms and red wine.
Finished with a sour cream based sauce and served over egg noodles and with vegetable.

Recommended Wine: Kendall Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon $9.75
(California) Sweet spice, vanilla, and toasty oak notes linger on the long finish.



Vegetarian Entrée: Eggplant Parmigiana
Served with pasta and vegetable.

(California) Cherry-berry aromas and toasty oak. 

Cheese Ravioli and Meatballs
Served with vegetable.

Recommended Wine: GABBIANO CHIANTI DOCG $7.50 (Italy) A medium ruby color, aromas of toasted oak, raspberries,
anise and hints of smoke.  It’s big and chewy, with richly textured dark fruit flavors.
