Chicken Marsala
Medallions of chicken with sautéed mushrooms and marsala wine. Served with baked potato and vegetable.
Recommended Wine: Rodney Strong SAUVIGNON BLANC $8.50 (California) Passion fruit, lemon and peach.


Beef Stroganoff
Tenderloin beef strips sautéed with onions, garlic, mushrooms and red wine.
Finished with a sour cream based sauce and served over egg noodles and with vegetable.
Recommended Wine: Yellowtail Shiraz $7.00 (Australia) Blueberry and mulberry flavors with spice.


Cheese Ravioli and Meatballs
Served with vegetable.
