Cod Florentine

 Cod with sautéed creamy spinach with garlic and mushrooms. Served with baked potato and vegetable. 

     Recommended Wine:  Ponticello Pinot Grigio  $7.00.  (Italy) Lovely, refreshing and clean; smooth and crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish. 

 Chicken Marsala

Boneless Chicken breast  with sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic and marsala wine.  Served with baked potato and vegetable. 

          Recommended Wine:  RODNEY STRONG SAUVIGNON BLANC  $8.50.  (California) Passion fruit, lemon and peach.

Roasted Turkey with Savory Cranberry Sauce

Served with cornbread stuffing, roasted potatoes and vegetable. 

           Recom. Wine:  Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay  $8.00.  (California) Fruit flavors and aromas of peach, green apple and melon. 

Beef Stroganoff

Tenderloin beef strips sauteed with onions, garlic, mushrooms and red wine. Finished with a sour cream based sauce and served over noodles with vegetable. 

           Recom. Wine:  Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay  $8.00. (California) Fruit flavors and aromas of peach, green apple and melon.


Vegetarian Entrée:Eggplant Meatballs

Baked eggplant, cannellini beans, ricotta cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Served with pasta marinara and vegetable. 

          Recommended Wine:  MacMurray Ranch Pinot Noir  $9.75. (California) Cherry-berry aromas and toasty oak.


Corn Flaked Parmesan Encrusted Pollock

Firm white fish Served with baked potato & vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  Ponticello Pinot Grigio  $7.00. (Italy) Lovely, refreshing & clean; smooth & crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish.


 Cheese Ravioli and Meatballs 

Served with vegetable

(Italy) A medium ruby color, aromas of toasted oak, raspberries, aniose and hints of smoke. It's big and chewy, with richly textured dark fruit flavors.

L'Amour de Lancelot

Bacardi dark rum with orange, cranberry and pineapple juices.  Served in a souvenir glass. $9.00
