Broiled Filet of Sole With Lemon Butter

Chicken Marsala
 Medallions of chicken with sautéed mushrooms and marsala wine.

Sweet spice, vanilla and toasty oak notes linger on the long finish.


Vegetarian Entrée: Eggplant Parmigiana
Served with pasta and vegetable.

(California) Cherry-berry aromas and toasty oak. 

Cheese Ravioli and Meatballs
Served with vegetable.

Recommended Wine: GABBIANO CHIANTI DOCG $7.50 (Italy) A medium ruby color, aromas of toasted oak, raspberries, anise and hints of smoke.
 
It’s big and chewy, with richly textured dark fruit flavors.
