CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA

Boneless chicken breast with eggplant, capicola and provolone in a white wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms,
onions and a touch of cream. 
Served with roasted potatoes and vegetable.

 PARMESAN ENCRUSTED TILAPIA

Served with rice pilaf & vegetable.
