This Evening’s Entrée Selections:

Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia

Firm white fish served with rice pilaf and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  Ponticello Pinot Grigio  $7.00.  (Italy) Lovely, refreshing and clean; smooth and crisp flavors with a delicate fruity & dry finish.

Chicken Marsala

Boneless chicken breast with sautéed onions, garlic and mushrooms.  Served with rice pilaf and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  RODNEY STRONG SAUVIGNON BLANC  $8.50.  (California) Passion fruit, lemon and peach.

Roasted Pork with Sage and Pearl Onions

Sautéed mushrooms and pearl onions with white wine and sage. Served with roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes and vegetable.

          Recom. Wine:  Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay  $8.00.  (California) Fruit flavors and aromas of peach, green apple and melon.

Chicken Florentine

Boneless chicken breast with sautéed spinach, garlic and mushrooms. Served with roasted potatoes and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  Fetzer Vineyards ValleyOaks Merlot  $7.50. (California) Soft, fragrant and fruity; full, youthful flavors; magnificent!

Vegetarian Entrée:Eggplant Parmigiana

Served with pasta and vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  MacMurray Ranch Pinot Noir  $9.75. (California) Cherry-berry aromas and toasty oak.

Broiled Fillet of Sole with Lemon Butter

Served with baked potato & vegetable.

Boneless Prime Rib of Beef

Served with baked potato & vegetable.

          Recommended Wine:  Kendall Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon  $9.75.  (California) Sweet spice, vanilla and toasty oak notes linger on the long finish.
