Firm white fish served with rice pilaf and vegetable.

Chicken Saltimbocca  

Boneless chicken breast with eggplant, capicola and provolone.
Served with penne ala rosé and vegetable.

Roasted Pork with Sage and Pearl Onions

Sautéed mushrooms and pearl onions with white wine and sage.
Served with roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes and vegetable

Roasted Turkey with Savory Cranberry Sauce

Vegetarian Entrée: Eggplant Meatballs

Baked eggplant, cannellini beans, ricotta cheese and panko breadcrumbs.

Cod Florentine

Cod with sautéed creamy spinach with garlic and mushrooms.
