Firm white fish served with homemade medium spiced salsa, rice, beans and corn.

Bruschetta Chicken

Breaded chicken cutlets with tomatoes, onions, basil and capers. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Roasted Boneless Pork Loin

Served with sweet and roasted potatoes with apples and vegetable>

Nellie's Sliced Baked Ham

Served with pineapple, raisin, rum sauce, with mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Served with baked potato & vegetable.

Boneless Prime Rib of Beef

Served with baked potato & vegetable.
