What credit cards do you accept?
We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
Can you hold the tickets so I can a) check with others b) pay later?
Seats cannot be held. Please have all information handy when ordering as there are no refunds.
We do need the letters and numbers on the gift certificate when placing an order with a gift certificate.
Can I pay by check?
We do accept checks for any performance that is more than 10 days from the date of purchase.
Checks can be used to purchase gift certificates.
What is your Cancellation / Rescheduling policy?
- There are no refunds.
- All sales are final.
- For individual ticket sales we require 7 days notice to re-schedule your reservation date.
- For individual ticket sales if you cannot reschedule to another date, the cost of your tickets becomes a theatre credit to be used towards a future performance.
- Theatre credit is valid for one year. You must use the credit towards a performance you will be attending on or before the credit expiration date.
- Within the week of the performance reservations will not be changed.
- If part of your party cannot make it, you may take the meal home with you.
- There is no credit given for unused tickets.
What do Gift Certificates cover?
Gift Certificates cover the cost of the meal and show. Your beverages and gratuities are not included.

Do you have an ATM in the building?
We do not have and ATM in the facility but there are several ATM's located only a short walk/drive from
the theatre. Ask our box office for locations.
How do I calculate the gratuity?
Start with the dinner portion of your check, the dollar amount for which will be written in on your guest check with the description "pre-paid dinner." Next take your bar bill and add this amount to the pre-paid dinner and you have the total amount on which to base your gratuity.
Is there a children's menu?
Although we generally DO NOT have a children's menu, We may, at times, depending on if the Show is geared for youngsters, offer a children's menu option. Check out our menu choices. Call The Box Office for further information.
Can I bring my infant to the Theatre?
We ask that you please do not bring children under 5 to any performance.
Is there a discounted ticket price for children?
We offer a discounted ticket for children up to the age of 17. This ticket is available for Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday performances.
Any child attending a performance must be a ticket holder. (No children under 5, please.)
Are meals included with the Children's Show?
There is no food service for Children's theatre.
What if I am a vegetarian?
We have at least one vegetarian entree on our menu.
How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
All gift certificate reservations must be made through the box office, either in person or by phone (914) 592-2222
Can I upgrade my gift certificate for a luxury box?
The gift certificate may be used towards the cost of a luxury box reservation.
Where can I purchase a Gift certificate?
You can purchase a Gift Certificate at the theatre, on the phone or on this website. During the Holiday season we have kiosks set up at many of the local malls.
Please check the Gift Certificate page or call us in November for Holiday mall locations.
What is included in my Gift Certificate?
Inside your certificate are the days when you can use it and the expiration date. You must use your gift certificate to attend a show by the date of expiration.
Does the Theatre have a dress code?
We ask that patrons refrain from shorts, sneakers, Jeans, T-shirts, or any type of 'sweat' gear. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress, but formal dress is not necessary.
How long is the show?
The performance time for each show varies. Our performances usually run 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hours. Please call the box office (914-592-2222) to inquire about the running time of the current production. We do not yet know the running time of future productions.
Where is your wheelchair accessible seating?
Please refer to our seating chart. Wheelchairs can be accommodated in our main dining room along the Main Aisle and in our luxury boxes. Please let the box office know your special requirements when ordering tickets.
What if I have a hard time hearing the show?
We have hearing devices at the box office. You can pick one up 10 minutes prior to the start of the show. We will ask you to leave a form of personal ID.
How many people make up a group?
15 or more people constitute a group. Group reservations are made through our Group Sales department.
Do you mail tickets?
All tickets must be picked up at the box office on the day of the performance. If you would like to have your tickets prior to the date of performance, please stop by the box office anytime and we will print them for you. In the event you need to re-schedule your performance date, tickets must be returned to the box office before any changes to reservations may be made.
Can I see the show without the meal?
You can purchase "show only" tickets on the day of the performance.

11:00 am for Weekday Matinees and Food service begins at 11:30 am.
6:00 pm for Evening Performances (except Sun) and Food service begins at 6:15 pm.
11:30 am for Sunday Matinees and Food service begins at 11:45 am.
5:00 pm for Sunday Evenings and Food service begins at 5:15 pm.
Weekday Matinees: 1:00 pm
Evening Performances (except Sun) : 8:00 pm
Sunday Matinees: 1:30 pm
Sunday Evenings: 7:00 pm.
