Founded by Bill Stutler and Bob Funking in on July 9, 1974, the Westchester Broadway Theatre is New York State's longest running year-round professional theatre company. Almost 38 years later, it has become Westchester County's top performance space for Broadway's most famous musicals, from classics such as Bye Bye Birdie and Anything Goes to more recent favorites such as Rent and Jekyll and Hyde.

WBT is not just a performance space for famous Broadway musicals. Their theater space is also used for special events, concerts, and even children's theatre. Frequent special events and concerts include comedy nights, dance concerts held by Danceport Extravaganza, tribute bands such as Beatlemania, and international acts such as Thunder From Down Under and Taylor's Traditional Irish Cabaret.

A dinner theater wouldn't be complete without an incredible dinner selection. WBT has menus for evenings, matinees, and their special luxury boxes, and each include amazing dishes such as chicken saltimbocca, fillet of sole with lemon butter, and eggplant parmigiana. For dessert, be sure to try out the Chef's Choice Du Jour.

Got a special event coming up? Why not celebrate it at WBT? They offer up their theater spaces for corporate events, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, showers, wedding celebrations and all other major celebrations. For smaller groups of 6 to 20, their luxury boxes are available. Special note: WBT makes their very own Carvel Ice Cream cakes in three different sizes for birthday parties.

WBT has just finished it's February run of the musical Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. Starting March 1st, they will begin a 25 day run of the Gershwin musical, S'Wonderful, and all singing and dancing musical featuring over 42 songs by George and Ira Gershwin.
